Orders & Amendments
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please email us on info@mareto8020.com or phone 052 614 8881. Please have your order reference number ready to quote.
Please note that whilst we will try our very best to update orders (delivery address, personal message, product quantities, etc.), some factors may not make this viable for us to do so such as; delivery already gone or sold out product etc.
Please note that any changes to your order must be made by 9am the day before delivery to ensure that we have time to update before delivery. If you wish to cancel, a full refund can be offered once the cancellation period is before 1pm the day prior to delivery.
Promotional codes are usually restricted to one use per customer and should not be passed on to additional persons.
Where the promotional code entitles you to a percentage discount, the discount will not be applied to the delivery charge (‘delivery’ includes additional delivery services)
We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your order.
Delivery
Deliveries are not guaranteed next day, we endeavour to deliver on the required day.
We aim to deliver your order to the recipient address provided but sometimes this is not possible due to an error in the address or no letterbox.
We ask that you provide exact delivery details with instructions as to where we can deliver your item should there be no letterbox or no one home. We ask that special care is given when entering postal details and exact Eircode or Postcode is provided.
Please provide a phone number for our driver to call in case there is an issue. We will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour. If you do not want us to leave with your neighbour, please specify in the instructions.
Where the promotional code entitles you to a free delivery offer, this will be for (insert business name), standard delivery (next day or nominated) charged at €5. Certain delivery dates however incur additional charges, such as same day delivery.
Issue With Delivery
As much as we strive for perfection and to deliver without error, sometimes there can be confusion. We request that as soon as you receive your confirmation email that you check for any errors and if you identify, please contact us straight away via email info@mareto8020.com or by phone 083 095 9138.
If the order arrives and it is not as per your confirmation. We will replace once notified. Please note that at weekends and peak periods, there may be delays but you will be notified if there are any issues.

Complaints policy: In the event of any complaint with either the product or the service, please contact us immediately via any of the methods mentioned above and we will do all we can to put the situation right for you, or, if you prefer, we will give you your money back.
We promise to make it simple and easy. Remember to mention your order number and a telephone number to reach you on.
Refunds Policy: In the event that you request a refund, or in the event that we agree that you are due a refund, we will return the payment to the card on which the original payment was made. Refunds made in this way will be returned to your account with your card provider. Mareto will issue that refund immediately, however, it may take some days to appear on your card account. Delays should be raised with your card provider.
